Beyond Asheville

We had a nice bit of R and R in Asheville. Didn't do much apart from the park, the beach (it was a actually a lake) but the kids didn't notice. From there we went to Charleston, which we loved. One of the few places I thought I might like to live in America only to realise I couldn't afford to live here. Lots to see and do, and plenty of southern hospitality to enjoy. We are all getting fatter by the day.
From Charleston we hit Hilton Head Island, which is gorgeous if you like the ocean. The hotel is right on the beach, and we have spent our whole time here on the beach or in the pool. Meredith swimming very well now.
Today we head to St Augustine for two days before we finally hit our last destination of Orlando and Mickey Mouse. This will end the "are we there yet"? thankfully
